Our Clients: Elaynas

In early 2004, Elayna Mendoza expanded her business from a two-chair salon to a full service salon and spa operation. To drive the revenue growth that would be needed to sustain the new operation, we had to justify higher prices with a brand "makeover," and sell customers (both existing and new) on the range of services.

Splashy exterior graphics were used to announce the salon's presence in the new neighborhood, and are successful in generating a large number of walk-ins every week. Mailers were used to both attract new business from the area, and persuade existing customers to migrate to the new salon.

Created an aspirational visual look and feel to reinforce — among customers and new employees alike — the ideal customer experience that Elayna wanted to create.
